Manipulate a controller with a module (nWidart/laravel-modules)

What do I want to achieve? I have a CoreModule and I would like to add additional fields via a CustomerModule (nWidart/laravel-modules).

Have tried a manipulation over an Observer. Works too, but unfortunately without a validation of the request.

the question is how to manipulate other modules or core with laravel-modules.
