No Docker Setup - lookup example.com on 127.0.0.11:53: no such host error

I haven't install and setup docker but at all my laravel projects it gives me lookup example.com on 127.0.0.11:53: no such host error error.

All local projects serve on 80 port.

Laravel version: 5.7

I even don't know what causes the error, what should I share to describe my problem well..
