CORS error on Lumen Laravel : Blocked by CORS Policy

I have started a web app React JS Front end and API's Using lumen Laravel. My web app is currently hosted on local, and API's are on the live server. When I'm trying to hit an API it's Giving me CORS Error, Please Help me Fix it.

I have made the following changes on Htaccess and Index.php
