How get Data with help of webhook in laravel application?

This is my first experience with webhooks. There platform ordering.co which provide webhook when new user get register? But I am confuse How I will get data on my laravel application.

I think I need to create this URL on my application and this hook will send data on that URL? is it right?

How I can achieve it ? and what I need to do if I want to receive data on localhost?
