How to pass URI to controller with Laravel and not get 404 error?

I have a fresh installation of Laravel 5.8. I want to pass the URL of the application as a parameter to my controller. I am getting error 404 every time I try to enter something different from https://webapp.dev/

How can I avoid this 404 and send the URL to a controller like a parameter?

If I do this https://webapp.dev/url-one I want to get in my controller the url-one and not get a 404 error.
