Ajax file upload with large size images returns 404 status code in laravel application

I have a form that allow users to upload images to the website using ajax upload. The code able to upload images with small size but returns status code 404 in ajax response when they upload large size images.

I have changed the post_max_size , memory_limit, max_file_upload size and also restarted the apache on server but still getting the error
