Getting data from local storage

I have 2 apps one is created with laravel and the second one is created with angular6. Now I am using the angular app by using the iframe in laravel. I store some data from the laravel app into the local storage and get the data from the local storage in angular app. but angular app returns null when I am trying to get the data from the local storage. Please help me out
