I'm getting strange issue Failed to load resource the server responded with a status of 405 (method not allowed)

I am working on website which consist of the following language. 1.Angular 7 2.Laravel (API) Everything is working fine on all the browser's, but our one user complaining that the data is not coming on his device he is using iphone and mackbook.

Note: We are facing this issue on ssl only, without ssl working fine.
