Laravel : AddressNotFoundException The address

I have pre build project. The api can be accessed through my internet. But when I try to access api from another network I get: (1/1) AddressNotFoundException The address is not in the database. error. I think it is from geoip2 package, I have looked in the code of it and could not find way to add a new IP. So, since I have never implement geoip2 how can give access to certain IP.
