Laravel ApiGuard how to save api response code in the database

I am using Laravel 5.2 with ApiGuard for APIs.

All requests are logged in api_logs table (route, method, params, ip address are saved ).

I also want to save the response code of the api in this table.

Is it possible ? How do I achieve this ?
