How to dynamically add form to every categories?

I want to make second hand buying and selling web application. Where it provides users to sell their products to another user online.

While the user wants to sell the product he Should post his advertisement first. Before he post his advertisement there he has to select a one categories among lots of categories. Different categories have different forms but one single table for users advertisement. There are almost 100 categories and 80% of them have different form. For example: clothing categories has extra input field like size and colours, Cars have extra input fields like its feature about engine, color, car brand name etc. Almost every one has its own unique input field. But after the users posts his advertisement they are going to save at same table. If you do not get my question then make an account at Hamrobazar.com and try to post your advertisement. Explore different categories. So, that's what i am trying to achieve.

So, my problem is how can i achieve different form for different categories like hamrobazar.com.
