Laravel 5.4 Password Special Character did not work

Hi I am working on Laravel 5.4 and developing my App.

I have found one issue in my app is that when I am using password which contains Special Characters then It did not work.

Like I set password Example123# . It will not work. But If I keep Example123 then it will work. I tried both bcrypt($request->password) and Hash::make($request->password) both first time work at the time of registration but after they did not work.
