jquery datatable pagination issue while loading on change of dropdown list

I have an issue in jquery datatable. I have a dropdown list and I am loading jquery datatable on change of that dropdown. By doing so the datatable pagination does not work it shows just 1st page in datatable but the pagination does not show in order to navigate to other pages. There is no issue when I load the datatable on page load but issue occurs when I select some option from dropdown and datatable is loaded with data for that selected option in dropdown.

Any help regarding this will be appreciated...
