Laravel 5.7 pusher and bootstrapjs problem

I create new app with Laravel 5.7 and trying to use broadcasting. But when I try to some adjustment on front-end section. I go into public/js to uncomment the js line. but there is no bootstrap.js file just app.js. I tried to download it from getbootstrap.com but in that file(4.1) there is no broadcast echo pusher lines...

Any idea what do I need to do from now on?
