Amazon Web Services: Live Streaming laravel connect to Lambda

I am looking for some high level guidance on an Live Streaming youtube video.i have create laravel Framework Application Command so lambda hit command and Api create for youtube video live streaming. Can this be done using a combination of Lambda and Live Streaming Functions.If it can be done, is it the best approach? Thank you
