How to display data category-wise using mysql in Laravel?

With reference to my previous question:How to print a table with data being displayed in column format in Laravel?

How should I define a query string such that the data associated with a particular category gets printed below it, for eg, using count() helps me retrieve the count of values under a particular category,but how do I print that data below its column header.
