What is the best way to connect user and organization accounts in Laravel?

Hope you guys can point me in the right direction.

Im building an app in Laravel 5.8. In the app i need to connect the users to the organization account. A user must have access to multiple organization accounts (the user could be an accountant who serve multiple businesses), and one organization will have multiple users (lets say the organization have 3 employees in the finance department).

Im thinking a good way to do this, could be to connect the users and the organizations in a table in phpMyAdmin. Will that be a preferable solution?
