net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT on http request from angularjs app to laravel backend

I serve my app frontend with express, and backend on Apache. When I send HTTP request to Laravel api, from Angular frontend, I get net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. Backend and frontend are hosted on the same server, with the same address, but different ports. Cors is enabled on backend, and locally everything works fine. Does anyone know where's the problem? Tkanks.
